Hello team,

One of your customers (according to your customer service) has been requesting a DSL connection for almost 15 days.
According to your appointment (pointless and useless), the customer should receive the EOD. According to your policy, the technician never wants to contact the customer, so the customer has left his office to work so he can do the job. But you know what service the customer has received at EOD? "One more appointment after 1 week with FINE".

When the customer tries to reach the customer, he answers: "According to our technician you were not available at the time of appointment." For real? So if that's your business, make money with FINE?
If this is the service you are offering your "VALUABLE CUSTOMER"?
I think your team is unique in its responsibilities and roles. A person wastes his time just getting your service, and you should understand that it's your responsibility to contact the customer in each case and provide the service, and that's what you're paid for.

I hope you want one day loose all of your clients. So it is a request to the relevant authority to look into this matters and make sure it does not happen again in the future,
