This is a moderated U2U-board and not another customer service helpdesk, @kun. Of course the moderators try to help whereever they can, but requesting to be called back from here may be a little overdoing it.
How about you described what precisely happened so that maybe the community can help you?

Thanks for letting me know that this isn't another costomer service, but since the 'costomer service' can't solve my problems, I thought of give it a shout here.

Let's put it this way: The moderators are employed by Vodafone and do their best to help customers wherever and whenever they can. Due to other tasks and obligations this may take a while though.
However (as stated above) this board is primarily U2U, so (as also stated above) if you wouldn't mind outlining your issue then maybe other users can assist you to clarify/understand it as well. Give it a shot. 😉
