Hi, I have changed recently from different provider to CallYa Flex. I get the SIM card, and downloaded the App CallYa Flex and it worked for some days.
Some day ago the App CallYa Flex stop working (it says there is no CallYa Flex SIM card installed) and a Vodafone notification requested to install App Mein Vodafone.
Now the App Mein Vodafone indicates that I have the Plan (Tarif) CallYa Smartphone Special, which is more expensive than the CallYa Flex.
Why did Vodafone change unrequestedly my Plan (Tarif)? I wish to stay with CallYa Flex.
Addtionally I have got the 25EUR bonus for changing to vodafone from different provider yet.

The Problem as solved, and also I got the missing bouns. Quick and nice job by the Vodafone Team

Hi @Walrus,
That sounds strange. Normally the tariff won't be changed without request. And changing from CallYa flex to smartphone special is only possible by phone call.

Yes, I have not call them in any case. I just happend suddenly. I expect the moderator can help to correct it.
