Hi, last week I was in Turkey and I activated an offer to use internet there. it was "Option Turkei 500 MB" and it costed 9,99€. The option was successfully activated since I received the confirmation via SMS and I also see in my app that this option is still active. But the option didn't worked at all. The roaming data used all the credit I had in my prepaid and then blocked the roaming because I reached the limit for consuming the credit in roaming. So I paid for no internet and plus it consumed all my credit. Now it asks my customer password to re-activate the roaming, and I have no idea of which is that password. In the vodafone-shop they suggests me to call a number (1212), but is a pre-recorded voice and I don't speak enought good german to understand what i should do.
