Hey there,
I recently lost my phone, running a sim only CallYa plan. I've been trying to replace the sim, in order to keep my number, but I'm not making much progress.
Unfortunately I don't speak German (yet!) which means that calling the helplines hasn't worked. I visited a store and had a sim ordered, but was informed that this needed to be sent to the address on file for the store I purchased the sim from originally. This address does not match the only branch on that street: The store has not received the sim and it's been over a week now. Perhaps there's a mistake in the system? Or does it usually take a while to mail?
I just want my number back 😞
All help gratefully received.
Caroline

Hi @CaroRL,
You can also order a new SIM-card about the website when you registered your number there.
For registration your number to the Vodafone website you only need your mobile phone number and your customer password (not internet password).
The second way getting a new SIM-card (with your old number) is calling the customer service via +49 172 229 0 229 (then press 4 for English speaking agent). You can also reach this service from every landline phone. Keep your mobile phone number and your customer password in readiness.
