Hi!
I had renewed my contract with Vodafone the last February.
Due to the renewal, I had received 1 replacement device for each of the 2 numbers that are connected to my contract.
Unfortunately, I had never received the Rechnung for each if these 2 devices.
I have visited the original store, where I had renewed my contract, and they asked me to call Vodafone.
I had called Vodafone and requested support in English but, unfortunately, nobody could help me. It is completely fine and I understand that I am the one who doesn't speak German as I should.
So, the only solution for help that I thought was via this channel.
Could someone maybe help me in order to receive the Rechnungs for my 2 devices?

I have tried the Facebook option and I was informed that I can be supported only in German.

Well, this is what comes directly from Vodafone. Maybe try Twitter/X or Facebook again at a later time.

Sadly this forum was changed into a customer-to-customer only forum in August 2022.
