Hey there,
I recently lost my phone, which was running a SIM-only CallYa plan.
I've been trying to replace the SIM to keep my number, but I'm not making much progress.
I visited a Voadfone store in Offenbach-am-Main, and the serviceman said I have to order replacement SIM via call-center.
Unfortunately, I don't speak German.
I call it (0172 220 0 229) from my wife's number - but pressing "5" do not transfer me to English speaking help
I just want and need to keep my number
