Hello,
I ordered and paid 20€ for a CallYa SIM Card in October, 2019 but never received it. Apparently, the courier couldn´t find my address. Some months after, I ordered a new SIM Card, paid more 20€, and using the exactly same address the new SIM Card arrived.
I tried to call the call center, however the person said that they couldn´t speak in english and they could only speak with me and not with a friend that speaks german. I thought I had lost the money, but a friend said that I would be able to solve my problem here and in english.
I´d like to ask a refund for the 20€ paid for the first sim card that never arrived. This is the number that never arrived: ***
