Hello Vodafone,
This morning I tried topping-up my Callya paying with Paypal. The transaction was successfully done but it is not updating to my Callya account. Please, help!!

Normally the credit should be available 30 minutes later at the latest. I also use PayPal for charging my CallYa SIM-card.
The mobile phone number that PayPal used was correct?

On 10 January 2020 2 PayPal payments of 15 € each were made.
For your phone number the Smartphone Special was charged 9,99 € and afterwards the Smartphone International was charged 14,99 €.
The Smartphone International is now activated for you.
Therefore I have credited you the 9,99 €.
Furthermore you have activated additional data volume of 400 MB on your phone number for 2,99 €. If you don't need the 400 MB, please cancel it via the My Vodafone App.
