Hey, I was trying to add some credit to my Call Ya account using the website, just providing the number and then doing it. Turns out the page wasn't working properly so I tried it twice, the third time I got this message "Diese CallYa-Rufnummer ist gesperrt.". Which looks like it means it's blocked, I was looking for ways to unblock it and wasn't successful, everything I found so far was in german which still a bit difficult to me. How do I fix it?
