I am a user of the CallYa product, and wanted to call customer support:
01722290229
The instructions say "for english, press 5".
When I press 5, it replies "this number is not assigned". I've continued trying to find english support, and they are nowhere to be found.
Does anyone have advice?
I want to ask about upgrading my pre-paid plan from 10GB to 20GB.

Hi @ArfanM,
Changing your tariff (plan) the customer support isn't necessary. You can easily change your tariff from CallYa Allnet Flat S (10 GB) to CallYa Allnet Flat M (20 GB) via the MeinVodafone app.
Start the app and tap at the dashboard the first screen tile. Scroll down till you see the big red button "Tarif wechseln".
There you choose CallYa Allnet Flat M (14,99 €/4 weeks), check the details of this tariff and push the red button "Diesen Tarif auswählen".
The new tariff will start when you current tariff will ends as seamless transition.

Hi Mav1976, thank you for the reply!
I created a new MeinVodafone account and tried to add my number. I provided my phone number and my MeinVodafone password but it keeps giving me an incorrect match (even though it was correct). And now I've been locked out for 24 hours after too many attempts.
Is the password for adding my phone number different to MeinVodafone password? I bought my prepaid card in an airport.
In any case... having a working english customer service would be very helpful right now. Thank you for your detailed explanation still!

Adding your mobile phone number as a contract at MeinVodafone website you need your mobile phone number and your customer password you set as you registered and identified the SIM card.
Your internet password for login at your account on MeinVodafone if a different password.
You can also use the MeinVodafone app. Start the app with mobile data (not WiFi) and follow the steps I described above to change your tariff.
Reaching an English speaking agent is via Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat (between 7:30 - 22 daily) possible.
You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍

Thank you for mentioning the separate password!
Fortunately I had the receipt with me from the store I bought it from, and there's a password written on it!
As soon as my account is unlocked, I will try your suggestion and let you know if it works... and if all fails try the whatsapp route 🙂

Had some issues with my payment not going through, but eventually it did! I'm now on a new plan with more data and it's working nicely.
