Canceling Contract

Hello Everybody,

 

Last Week I made a contract with vodafone GigaMobil Young L because I was not having good network with my previous number.

But I found out the problem is in the building where I live and not the network itself.

 

I tried to cancel the contract before the 14 days, but it tells me that I have to contact the support number, but I can't find someone who speaks in English. Any easier solution to cancel the contract before the 14 days mark?

You can send an eMail to widerruf@vodafone.com or use the Retoure-Portal under www.vodafone.de/retoure - keep in mind that the right to do that is only valid for contracts signed online, via phone or at your home, not for contracts signed in a local store.
