Haven't received CallYa sim card

Hi, I applied a CallYa sim card online and finished the post identification. I received the confirmation email with the phone number, which said I would received my sim card within 5 working days. But it's already about eleven days, and I still haven't received my CallYa sim card. What can I do? Can someone please help me with it? Thanks.

Ich warte leider auch noch auf meine Karte. Kundenservice kann mir nicht helfen.

Bin auf eine dringende Lösung angewiesen, mittlerweile ist der Vertrag bei meinem alten Anbieter ausgelaufen.
