Canceling CallYa Prepaid SIM

Hello, 

From 2017-18 I used a CallYa pre-paid SIM card while living in Berlin, but I have not used the SIM for more than a year. 

While trying to close my German bank account, I noticed that Vodafone has continued to charge me 15 euro / month for the CallYa card (while in Berlin, I was putting extra money on the account and did not realize they were direct-debting me).

I would like to cancel the CallYa card so I can close my bank account. However, I have been unable to log in to Vodafone since I no longer have my contract documents. 

All I have is the phone number associated with the SIM card. Could someone please help me cancel this account if I provide the phone number?

Hi @icammac,

Download the MeinVodafone App and change the tariff to "Talk & SMS". Then the basis tariff won't be charged anymore.

I cannot do this because I have no login information. I do not have my original username or password. I made this user only to ask this question - this is not the user associated with my original contract. Like I said, I only have the phone number.

Hi @icammac,

You don't need a username. Login will be possible with your mobiles phone number and mobile data connection.

I have just tried this and the app asks me to log in.
