Hello,
From 2017-18 I used a CallYa pre-paid SIM card while living in Berlin, but I have not used the SIM for more than a year.
While trying to close my German bank account, I noticed that Vodafone has continued to charge me 15 euro / month for the CallYa card (while in Berlin, I was putting extra money on the account and did not realize they were direct-debting me).
I would like to cancel the CallYa card so I can close my bank account. However, I have been unable to log in to Vodafone since I no longer have my contract documents.
All I have is the phone number associated with the SIM card. Could someone please help me cancel this account if I provide the phone number?

I cannot do this because I have no login information. I do not have my original username or password. I made this user only to ask this question - this is not the user associated with my original contract. Like I said, I only have the phone number.
