I ordered the wlan hotspot for 19.99 on the 12th and tried to order it again today, as I thought that the order might have not gone through. I haven't gotten any confirmation e-mails in both cases, calling the customer service seems impossible if you don't spead German.
Would love to hear from you as soon as possible, as I have been waiting for more then three days now.
Thank you for your answer. I called this line and the person was only managing the daily, weekly or monthly tickets and couldn't help with my wlan-hotspot-flat purchase. She redirected me to another line (0800 1721 212) and there I could only speak to a machine, who operated only in German, therefore I didn't get any assistance.
Who should I call now? Could you help me?
