I read all the complaints about Homespot so it looks like its nothing new,I also try to call the customer service but after 20 minutes at the phone they couldn,t help me because the operator didn´'t speak english!!!!!!!!!!!! so I'm here like everybody elde to undersatnd how can I come back to my normal connection without any homespot.I didn't sign for any hotspot and now is the only option that I have to connect my devices so it means that I am without Internet and I'm very upset.Can someone help ?and no,I don't have the option to deactivet it!!!!!!
