I have subscribed to the Vodafone Homespot monthly ticket which is valid until 6th December, 2023. Since this morning, I am unable to connect to the hotspot service. It says "Action needed" and is asking me to login. I'm unable to connect to the hotspot in spite of logging in several times. And the customer service number is not answering either. Is there a problem with the connection itself ?
