Hello, on September 18, I purchased a Vodafone hotspot ticket for 30 days. I purchased it as a guest without a Vodafone account, which gave me rights to hotspots on the device. After 18 days, the Internet stopped working, it tells me that I need to log in to the Internet and buy a new ticket. What is it about? I can't get through to the hotline because no one wants to speak English
