Hallo
I bought hotspot ticket for 1 week on 29.March
It worked 3 days well, And it should work now but I cannot connect to internet anymore.
When I join hotspot, my device says authentication is expired, I should sign in and verify, but even I login on hotspot.vodafone.de
I still don't get internet connection.
It is same device that I pay, same mac address.
I tried to forget network and join again but not working.
Any other option I can do?

what's the ID of the Hotspot you try to connect to? In which federal state do you live? Have you tried different Hotspots at different times of the day? Did you restart the device you used to purchase the ticket?

I have the same problem inbought the ticket and its not woking after a few hours. Whom can i contact for a refund ?
