Cannot use hotspot voucher

I have a vodafone hotspot ticket for a period of one month and is still active. But I somehow got logged out of the wifi, so now even though it connects, there is no internet. I tried to use the voucher code, but it says that I have already redeemed it. can someone please help me out.
