Hotspot ticket not working

Hi there, i bought a daily ticket 1 day ago and everything worked great. After the minutes expired, i got a monthly ticket but it never worked.

 

I called customer support a couple of times but everything they do is refund the payment. I tried calling the technical support but unfortunelly i dont speak german. Can i get any help please?

please send the ticketnumber with PN. I will prove, if it is active. What happens, when you try to use ist? You can only use the ticket with the device you bought it.

Hi Marco i just sent you the number. Nothing happens when i try to use it. It keeps disconnected without any kind of signal. And yes, i bought in the same device im trying to connect

could you send us the hotspot ID? It should like start with HH-xxx ,- also the mac from the device you're using. 🙂
