Hello,
On 21.05.24 I was fooled by a door-to-door Vodafone sales manager and signed a contract for a TV package (allegedly).
On 24.05.24 I’ve sent a Widerrufsformular to Vodafone, but got a reply, that there is no such contract on my name. And the support asked if I have another Kundennummern. But the problem is that I have no idea about any other customer number except the one I use for the Internet contract. Also I didn’t get any phone call, letter or email. Is there a way to find this new contract and cancel it before 14 days are over?
