Very slow internet speed

Hello,

I have new DSL 50 rednet connection. expected the speed of 50 MBS or atleast 35MBPS.

But I am getting the speed of 8 - 12 MBPS only.

I tried to contact vodafone but call service is only in German language. Also, email can not be sent through vodafone portal. Always shows error "Check your input" for product selection. Very disappointing.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Hi Nosh,

Speed restriction issue is all the time. but in the evening it gets very very slow.
I can say, I dont get the speed as per 50MBPS at any time.

please post some speedchecks.

- At least 3 checks at different days and daytimes

- No parallel downloads or streams

- Via cable and not via WIFI

- No powerline adapters etc.
