My wifi and router has been down all day.
I was unable to reach the helpdesk on the phone, despite trying over and over. I also sent an sms, and no reply.
I have a ticket number with the message “we will let you know when it’s working again”. But still nothing. Naturally, I would like this resolved ASAP.
The red light on the router is continually flashing and won’t start up again after switching off/on. Thanks in advance.
