I didn't receive SIM card (CallYa Allnet Flat S tariff ) ordered on 12.12.2021. I also pass the ID verification on 12.12 2021. So it has been quite a long time. When I try to contact vodafone via online chat for help, it always fails to discuss this problem. Because I didn't have phone number, while they always try to call me. And also I couldn't speak German. Could you please help with this? Thanks a lot.
