Hi All,
I have a CallYa e-sim on a phone which no longer has a functioning screen, I would like to get a new physical sim card to put into a spare phone but the only way for me to log into Vodafone to request this seems to be to receive an sms code to the number... which I cannot get access to!
(The phone is a Samsung Flip and would cost 400e+ to get repaired which is out of my budget right now simply to access the phone number!)
I have tried to email customer service but of course this is hampered by the fact I cannot properly log into the account or call from my vodafone number - I also no longer live in Germany which makes things a bit more difficult!
Thanks in advance,
Jess

Hi @JessP,
In your case the customer service can help you only. I recommend to get in touch it via Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat (between 7:30 - 22 daily).
You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff.
