hello all, I ve canceled my contract a few months ago and got a call in around november for contract renewal , and on the call i was offered this red young contract which would cost 20 euros permonth . I agreed to it and the switch was made, however i got a message later that contract cannot be made as i am above the age( I am 29 years old).at the time i agreed i was not aware of this age limit nor didnt the vodafone employee inform me regarding this. now i ve been defaulted to 45 euros per month contract. I wish to cancel but english support when calling 1212 never works and vodafone branch employees always say it has to be done on phone since thats how the contract was started. please assist here.
