Hello, everyone! I have tried to use my mobilfunk new number, but apparently i need to update my personal information. I have tried for several hours to find an english speaking customer agent, but with no success. A german agent has told me that i need to send bank details and personal id to an email adress, but i did not understand it because she was speaking german and very fast. Does anybody know the email adress for legitimation?

I'm sorry that your mobile contract was not activated yet.
This community is for customers helping other customers.
I'd suggest contacting the support via chat , for example facebook, twitter or whatsapp .
You may get greeted by our chatbot in german , but should be directly handled to an agent, since he is not speaking english yet.
But my colleagues do 🙂
