Add contract (mobile and internet)

Dear whom it may concern,

I want to apply for the internet service, and these are the problems that I am facing.

1. I accessed My Vodafone >> Add contract >> Cable products (except in NRW, BW, Hesse) & Giga TV Net 

But I don't have the activation code (or the participants code).

2. To obtain the activation code, I looked for my contract document.

My Vodafone >> Documents and orders >> My documents

But I don't see any documents.

3. I have been using Vodafone CallYa Allnet Flat XS 8GB for 7.99 EUR for three months.

4. I cannot even add my telephone contract because of the security code. 

This is not about other problems; it is only about the security code. 

I tried the mobile phone version, the web version on the mobile phone, and laptop. 

Please tell me what I should do step by step.

I'm sorry you're facing troubles with the addition of the contracts.

You can order the activation code via the website. Here is the link.

After adding the cable contract you just can add your CallYa tariff.
