Hello vodafone team , my cable max internet seems not to be working !!, Although it says my contract has been activated , all the connection are correct , but still am not getting any internet connection ( blinking red) , how to fix , telephone customer service not responding ?

When did you connect the cable router approximately.
Are the cables plugged in and do you have a second antenna socket for testing?
If all this is in order, then please send me the name of the contract holder, the date of birth, the full address and the customer number via PN .
Leave a short info here afterwards, then I'll take a look.
