Hi, I have moved to another apartment and paid to Vodafone 40Euro just because they changed my address and I still have no internet working properly in the new apartment.
Here is a different type of 3-hole socket where I cannot connect the internet cable.
I have tried to contact support for many times and still have no idea how to fix it, I suppose I need to change the socket. But I am not a specialist in this area.
Can I have somehow the technician who will change socket/ fix the issue???
