Hello, sorry but I only speak a little bit of German.
So I ordered a Vodafone station 1000mbs in May of the last year and since then I have a much lower internet speed than the one Im supposed to pay for. I will leave some screenshots below. Since then the only time the speed was actually good it was in August. Online games are unplayable, live calls via Messenger/Skype or whatever are simply trash. I already knew that it was really hard to reach the 1000mbs but having only 40 to 150 mbs and a unstable ping from 60 to 200 is only 10% from what Im paying for. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Hello Marco,
The screenshots of the speedtests that I sent before were all through the Ethernet-connection. I will post one of the 15/02 and from today below. For me IT DOES look like there are some issues, Im paying 50 euros and getting only 10% of it, meanwhile nothing changed.

Guys I dont want to sound rude or anything like that but this is really annoying. It would even be fine for me if I get 500mbps but at least a stable and not high ping. Ive seen a lot of posts like mine in this forum, there is clearly something wrong with your connection/router in some specific areas of Germany. A friend of mine has the same router and the same rate, and even if he doesnt get the 1000mbps but around 600-700, his ping is low and stable.
I hope you can do something about it, otherwise I need to switch to another provider quickly because paying 50 for how it is now, it is a scam.

thank you for your answer. I have recieved a message which says that the problem will be solved in "Wenigen Monaten", which is good but still why should I be paying a certain amount meanwhile and not getting what Im paying for? I have read somewhere that you have sent another Router (Fritzbox) to a person and the problem was solved. Could that also be a solution for me? Could Fritzbox fix this issue for now? I mean Im sorry but I would switch to another provider rather than having it like it is now and paying that amount. Thanks in advance.

unfortunately an exchange into a Fritzbox will not help here. We can gladly set up a credit for you for the duration of the expansion measures, at 50% of the monthly fee.

My download and upload speed is still really low, and my ping goes from 100 to 300 mbps, I thought that you set up a credit for February, March and April but there was a credit only for March. Could you please check it once again? Could you set up a credit for more months since the speed is always low and Im still paying the same full price? Thank you in advance.

the credit is correct as far as it goes. You are currently paying a discounted amount and 50% of it was credited to you.
