Hi there,
I'm a new customer who recently registered for the Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable service. I received the WiFi router this week, but after trying to set up, the Internet light on the router keeps flashing red. I tried all troubleshooting options via the assistant, but nothing has worked so far.
Can you please help me resolve the issue?

Hello Kelani,
if you have a contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland I can have a look at that. Please send me the following details in a private message:
- customer number
- full address
- name and birth date of the contract owner
- MAC address of the router
- a telephone number
