Hallo liebe Community,

ich bin hobbymäßiger Streamer und habe seit einigen Wochen Probleme. Mir scheint meine Verbindung nicht sehr stabil zu sein, zumindest kommt es sporadisch zu Problemen.
Dazu erstmal beantwortung der Fragensammlung wie gewünscht:

  • In welchem Bundesland wohnst Du? Sende bitte auch die Postleitzahl

  • Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt?
    Habe das damals abbrechen müssen, weil die nette Dame Gegenüber keine Fachkentnisse besaß. Sie wollte mir den Routerneustart erklären.

 

Nun zum Thema:

Der Router hatte eigentlich von Anfang an immer mal wieder Verbindungsabbrüche und andere kleine Kinderkrankheiten. Nun hatte ich mittlerweile alles ganz gut eingestellt. Meine Rechner fahren über das 5GhZ Netzwerk, der ganze andere Kram über das 2,5GhZ Band.

Trotzdem stellt sich bei mir ein Upstreamproblem dar, welches ich beim Streamen habe: Bitrateissue.png

Meine Leitung gibt einen Upload bis zu 50Mbit/s her. Es geht ja aber auch weniger um den maximalen Upload, als viel mehr um die Stabilität im Upload. Wie oben zu sehen stürtzt die Bitrate regelmäßig ab oder fällt auch mal komplett aus.

Ich arbeite bereits seit über einem Monat an der Lösung dieses Problems und bin seither quasi alles mehrfach durchgegangen und kann zu 99% behaupten, dass es ein Netzwerkproblem sein muss. Alle Einstellungen am Stream und Rechner wurde mehrfach geprüft. Interessanterweise scheint das Problem Abends mehr zu bestehen, als Morgens bzw. Mittags. Ich kann mir also vorstellen, dass es ein Gerät, oder ein Routerproblem (aufgrund der vielen Geräte) sein könnte.

Deshalb einfach mal eine Liste aller Geräte in meinem Netzwerk:

1 Playstation

2 Staubsaugerroboter Roomba

Und hier ein Router Protokoll zu einem Zeitpunkt wo es aber tatsächlich ganz gut lief. Es finden sich trotzdem mehrere Meldungen. Vielleicht ein Hinweis?

Ich bin an sich super zufrieden mit dem Kabelinternet. Vielleicht ist das Problem mit einem neuen Router ja gelöst? Habt ihr eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte? Kann ich noch weitere Informationen beitragen?

Ich folge hier einfach mal, weil das so ziemlich genau auch mein Problem ist und ich dazu auch schon einen Beitrag eröffnet habe. Vielleicht erfahre ich hier ja noch ein paar Tips und drücke natürlich die Daumen, dass das Problem gelöst wird.

Na klar Christopher, du bist herzlich dazu eingeladen. Ich lese viele ähnliche Probleme in den Foren. Scheint als könnte auch ein allgemeines Problem seitens Vodafone schon länger dafür sorgen? Nunja, das werden sie dann schon rausfinden. Zu meiner Thematik hier ein Update:

Ich habe einen ganztägigen Bitrate Test seitens meines Streams am laufen. Gestartet habe ich um 11.30 Uhr heute. Der erste Drop hat lange auf sich warten lassen (wie des öfteren morgens/mittags). Aber er kam. Hier zur Übersicht:

Bitrateissue2.pngPS: bevor jemand fragt: Twitch.tv akzeptiert nur maximal 6Mbps, deshalb ist das hier niemals höher als dieser Wert. Dieser sollte aber natürlich stabil gehalten werden, was bei mir nicht der Fall ist.

Kurzes Update nochmal. Es gab ja gegen ca 12.30 Uhr den ersten Drop. Seitdem läuft der Upload sehr instabil.

Der Router gab nun aber erst eine Meldung ab, als meine bessere Hälfte nach Hause gekommen ist. Ergo:

kein Zusammenhang zwischen Bitrate Drop und Geräten.

bei mir ist das mit Bitrate Drop ähnlich im Stream.... da hat man 50 MBit Upload und sollte doch meinen, dass zumindest die 6 für twitch stabil da sind 😕

Mal wieder ein Update zum aktuell beschriebenen Problem.

Habe seit gestern eine brandneue Fritzbox 6660 in Betrieb genommen.

Habe für 80 Minuten problemlos gestreamt, dann ging es wieder los:

In anderen Foren wird davon gesprochen, dass der Anbieter die Bitrate nach einiger Zeit drosselt. Ich hoffe ganz stark, dass das hier nicht der Fall ist. 

Freue mich auf jeden Fall, wenn sich das hier jemand anschauen kann. Auf meiner Seite habe ich nun wirklich alles versucht.

schließe für die Anschlussprüfung bitte unser Leihgerät an und sende eine Pingplottermessung, die Du per LAN zu dem betroffenen Streamingdienst durchgeführt hast. Sende bitte auch einen Speedtest.

Hi Claudia,

danke, dass auch du dir mein Problem anschaust. Die gewünschten Tests und Messungen habe ich gemacht.

Alle Tests per LAN (also Kabel) und mit eurem Gerät. Die Ergebnisse mit der von mir zu Testzwecken frisch  angeschafften Fritzbox sahen aber genau gleich aus. Die Interpretation der Ergebnisse überlasse ich euch; ihr habt da mehr Ahnung.

Während des Tests sind immer wieder Pingspikes auf die IP 145.254.2.207 aufgefallen. Sieht man auch im Ergebnis. Ein wenig Paketloss war auch dabei. Da es Abends meistens schlimmer ist, kann ich gerne anbieten auch Abends noch einen Test zu machen, wenn das hilft?

Die Speedtests waren wie immer unauffällig.
