Hi,
I have Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable connection with a Vodafone Station CGA4233DE router. I have very unstable/no internet for a week, although all the lights on the router are white. Rebooting or resetting the router didn't solve my problem. I am not able to connect either via WLAN or ethernet. Could you please help me with this issue?

Hi lili_celi,
have you already done something in the meantime, such as calling the hotline? Unfortunately, it always takes a while for us to react.
Have you tried another cable socket or cable from socket to router? And in which federal state do you live?

Hi Stephan,
thanks for your answer. I already tried different sockets and cables, but the issue remains the same. I called the hotline last week and the issue was briefly fixed for several hours, but then I lost connection again. I then wrote the issue here because my German is limited.
As an update to my situation, although all the lights are usually white on my router, the phone light started to blink red in the last few days. I live in Berlin.
