Hello. Since May I have been waiting for the cable internet to be installed and the technicians have come multiple times, each time with a different issue that needs to be discussed. The last time they came, they assured me that the installation of the cables can finally take place and Vodafone will inform me again when they will come. However, that was a month ago (1 June). May I check on the status of this process? Or what is currently the slowing the cable installation process?
If cable cannot be installed, would DSL work too?
