No DATA port on cable socket – cannot connect Vodafone Station

Hello everyone,

I recently received my Vodafone Station router for a cable internet connection, but I’m unable to set it up due to my wall socket.

My current situation:

• I have a 2-hole wall socket (TV and Radio only)
• There is no DATA port available
• The top section (where a DATA port usually is) seems to be covered/blocked and not usable
• My router cable (coax) does not fit into any of the available ports

From what I understand, I might need a Multimediadose (with DATA port) to use cable internet properly.

Do I need a technician to install the correct socket for this?

Call Costumer Service and say Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen that should trigger a Technician.

support sent me a Multimediadose adapter after contacting them through whatsapp
