Hi,
My customer ID: XXX (in case the service agents want to check)
I have started the Vodafone Cable internet in April 2021 with this outrageous plan of 1000Mbits ( I took the Vodafone connection as they used to call me daily on a promotional basis). Well, that was my first mistake choosing Vodafone.
I am a tech person myself, so I am concerned about the speed as per the contract. I see on your contract that the minimum speed to be provided to the customers is 600 Mbits. However, since the beginning of the contract all I get is hardly cany speed. (This I can confirm as I work from home and my google meet videos get disconnected, also I have speed test devices).
The first time I called your amazing customer service number after 45 mins on hold, I got connected to an agent. who asked me to call another number to the contact tech. Yet another 45 mins and the tech guy told me he is unable to do it then and will have it looked at.
Well this poor speed continued and meanwhile I have contacted the consumer rights institution, who confirmed that if the service continues to be poor and the promises on the contract are not kept I do not have to pay until Vodafone gives me a clear explanation. I had by now gone to the fancy stores of Vodafone and they said they cant help, I was also calling the VODAFONE DE customer service(obviously without any solution), hence I did not pay the bills from December.
The funny thing is today on 07/01/2022, I call them (the 45 mins waiting period) and now their reason is that I have an unpaid bill and that they can't do anything unless I pay this outstanding. Literal terms were "We cannot do anything till you pay this" and to my question about my previous complaints apparently they have no records of any of that.
I have a few questions for Vodafone DE;
1. Do you have no respect for the customers time and money?
2. Why promote something to a customer, if you cannot provide that service?
3. Is this what you call customer service?? ( it will soon be a year of signing the contract and to date no solution)
4. What has the customer got to do, to get a proper service from you? (Honestly, I feel flying to the moon is easier than getting a solution from your team)
5. Why should I keep up with my SLA if your side has not been met for the past 8 months?
FRUSTRATED, TIRED, LOSS OF MONEY AND NO INTERNET. YOU ARENT THE ONLY PROVIDER IN TOWN, IF THERE ISNT ANY RESPONSE HERE (Which I highly doubt). I'll make sure my firm as well as all my friends and family terminate any contract with Vodafone. Because even I am not ready to be played a fool.

Hi 1000_Mbits_Scam,
that your connection is not working properly is not nice. However, this does not change the fact that the monthly fees still have to be paid first. If the payments are stopped arbitrarily, the connection will unfortunately be blocked. As long as this is the case, we cannot do anything or check anything.
