Hi Vodafone Users there,
I am using Kabel Internet 1Gbps plan at Home. Since last few days, I am getting only 200 Mbps over LAN and
10Mbps - 20Mbps over wifi network (2.4 GHz). Sometimes it shows No Internet for a short while, and repairs itsown when I restart the modem. I am using the Vodafone Station6.
Whom should I contact to get this issue resolved? I tried calling the customer care numbers to open a ticket but I couldn't succeed because of my poor German language skills.
I need to get this sorted out asap since I use the connection for the Home Office and now day to day work is affected by this.

Could you please tell me how to get help in English from Facebook or Twitter. I tried them both and no response. What is the right time to call the support.?

There is no English phone support.
This is only possible via Facebook or Twitter.
