Hallo,
folgendes Problem besteht seit ca. 3 Wochen:
- Vodafone Station braucht extrem lange bis sie eine stabile Internetverbindung herstellen kann.
Wenn sie dann besteht: minütliche Verbindungsabbrüche über mehrere Sekunden
Download und Uploadraten von fast nur noch 1-3% der ursprünglichen Leistung.
Dieses Problem besteht bei ALLEN Endgeräten (PC, iPhone, Smart-TV, iPad)
Unternommene Maßnahmen:
- Vodafone Hotline mehrmals angerufen und mehrmals an einen Techniker weitergeleitet, jedoch ohne Rückruf und Termin, da Techniker sagt, dass eine Netzstörung vorliegt. Jedoch hat der Nachbar (Haus) direkt nebenan funktionierendes Internet ohne Störungen.
- Vodafone Station mind. 5x auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt
- Koaxial-Kabel ersetzt
- Vodafone Station gegen eine Fritzbox ausgetauscht, welche jedoch keine Internetverbindung herstellen konnte
- Bandsteering ausgeschaltet
- 5Ghz ausgeschaltet
- SSID umbenannt
Folgendes persönliches Problem:
Kein Internet für das HomeOffice
AlwaysOn Datenvolumen auf die Mobilnummer von meinem iPad ist fast aufgebraucht und die Hotline konnte mir nach mehrmaligen versuchen mit unterschiedlichen Servicemitarbeiter kein AlwaysOn auf meine Mobilnummer vom Handy freischalten.
HomeSpot funktioniert in meiner Gegend auch nicht.
Das Problem MUSS also schleunigst behoben werden, ansonsten drohen Schadensersätze von Kunden.

Danke für die Daten. Ein paar Pegel sind an Deinem Anschluss nicht in Ordnung, bei einem Großteil der Kanäle wird gleich gar nichts angezeigt. Das Koaxialkabel hast Du ja schon gewechselt, dann können wir Dir einen Techniker zur Prüfung vor Ort schicken.
Kann er Dich unter der Nummer erreichen, die Du per PN geschickt hast? Kannst Du den Zugang zur Hausanlage gewährleisten? Gibt es aktuell in Deinem Haushalt Symptome, die auf Covid-19 hindeuten können?

vielen Dank für die Antwort.
Ich bin unter der angegebenen Handynummer zu erreichen.
Es handelt sich um ein EFH und es gibt keine Symptome von COVID-19. Alle im Haushalt sind vollständig geimpft.

Guten Tag ich habe genau das selbe Problem ,könnte man mir vielleicht auch helfen ? Router Station schaltet sich nach 0 Uhr immer ab. Zeitschaltung ist deaktiviert
