Return Path Disturbance in Berlin Causing Horrible Connection

Good evening,

For the last couple of days, internet has been very horrible at our apartment. We are constantly getting disconnected, and even when we are connected, pages load slowly or not at all. According to the Vodafone assistant there is some sort of "return path disturbance":

" There is a so-called return path disturbance on your connection, which can restrict your Internet and telephone connection. If necessary, please let our technician check your connection. We will rectify the fault as quickly as possible. Many thanks. There is currently no time for rectifying the fault.

Affected by the disruption:  Impairment or failure of multiple services"

We are located in Berlin 13349 and are on the Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable Tariff using a rented Vodafone router. We haven't had internet problems like this before. Please help! We both work from home and this is making it impossible to work.

Hello again,

It's the next morning now (6/2). Internet has died completely. The router still has normal lights and the phone and computer will connect to it, but no sites will load and the browser and apps still say I am offline or try to load forever before failing. It seems this is a widespread issue all across Germany based on the deluge of error reports and also some news articles. I would appreciate if Vodafone would make an announcement so that customers don't assume it's an individual issue and could give an estimate for when this can be fixed. This is making it impossible for my home office work.

According to the system, our technicians will have access tomorrow to 2 objects in which a source of interference is suspected and if all goes well, they can eliminate the source of interference directly.

Hello, I also live in 13349, Berlin and having the same issue since 02.06. I have Vodafone Red 500 tariff.
I see the Rückwegstörung error in Network Assistant. I created a ticket, the issue was verified by Vodafone but so far no update. 
We have very unstable network, download speed is sometimes acceptable (over 40-50 Mbit) but the upload speed is always below 0.1 Mbit. 
This issue has a huge impact upon us because we work from home and now we are not able to.
Is this issue specific to our neighborhood? If yes, please can you give us an ETA about the resolution?

This certainly does seem to be some kind of area outage. As an update from our side, Thursday and Friday it started working mostly fine again. Then on Saturday started getting worse and worse. Leading to Sunday where the internet was gone completely again. And this morning too it's still gone. This is starting to get a bit ridiculous. It's been a week now that we've had problems and multiple days where we've had basically no internet at all I would really appreciate an update on when things will actually be fixed. I would also appreciate some way for us to be able to have internet access until the internet starts working again considering that we both need to work from home. Thank you.

the technician gave a feedback that the return path disrupter was gone after he replaced a component on Tuesday. Your modem is online since then, does it work now?
