hi team,
I am facing a lot of internet disturbance and drops. I am not able to use the internet at my house at all because most of the times the internet is not working. I am facing this issue for more than a month now. I also reached out to vodafone support and tried restarting the router and hard rebooting it, but nothing works. I also increased my cable plan from 50mbps to 500mbps hoping that would help, but nothing helped. Even while registering this request the internet is unavailable and I don't have internet connection working.
I am not able to work from home at all and this is affecting my productivity and professional stress which is leading to missed meetings and missed discussions with stakeholders.
Please help me here to resolve this issue and make my internet network work.

since 08/2022 there is no individual support in the community !
so contact vodafone support by using one of the other channels
