Hello,
I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.
I received the router on 23.03 and connected it. The Internet red line keeps flashing with no internet. I could also not activated my account since I don't have the activation code, only the kundennummer.
I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug and check the wall data plug.
I still have no internet.
Can you help me with this?

in any case the internet-led is flashing red, there is no signal.

Hey there, thanks for the answer! Is there any way to schedule a technical appointment with Vodafone's technicians through the website? How can I reach out to them? My German is not that good...
Is the cost beared by Vodafone?
