I'm working from home in Berlin. I have a cable with 250 mb speed. Download and upload speeds are good generally but the ping rises every few minutes, from 30 to 150. So when I am connected to my work VPN, connection drops every few minutes.
Even when I'm not connected to VPN, while having calls over Slack, Teams, Zoom every 10-20 minutes, connection drops and I have to reconnect. And every 3-5 minutes, 3-5 second cuts occur, that I can't hear some words or be heard.
This is very very huge problem that effects my JOB performance.
PS: My wife is also experiencing same problems. (We have 2 PC's and 1 Mac. This is happening with every device)
The situation is the same if we connect with ethernet cable to the modem.
I attached my ping to google.com. It's regularly around 20-30 but rises to ~150 every few minutes.

Hello kdis,
please make Pingplotter measures via ethernet without VPN and use Slack, Zoom and Teams as the destination. Send the result here so we can check that.
Kind regards
Claudia

"Hello again,
I will send graphs from earlier results and today's results. Our calls are very bad currently with drops every few seconds. I both pinged google.com and microsoft teams."
I'm trying to send the screen shots but " Der Beitrag wurde geändert, da sich ungültiger HTML-Inhalt im Nachrichtentext befand. Der ungültige HTML-Inhalt wurde entfernt. Bitte überprüfe die Nachricht und sende sie, wenn sie deinen Vorstellungen entspricht."

Hello kdis,
which interval was selected on the ping plotter? Was the test performed via LAN or WLAN?
