Packet Loss / Internet Issues

Hello,

From today, suddenly I am facing issues with (maybe) packet loss. I have 2 different PCs, one I use for Webex for office meetings and my colleagues sees a delay in presentation and voice, sometimes they do not see anything.

As for online gaming, getting pings of 250-400 ms, where I used to get less than 30ms till yesterday.

I have installed pingplotter and as you can see it is a mess. Complete mess.

The devices are connected directly to the cable router via lan? Do the problems occur at certain times of the day?
