Hello and sorry for writing in English but my German is not very good yet:)

 

For already 1.5-2 months i am experiencing severe connection issues. It started almost instantly after i got my vodafone station. I thought it's temporary and will improve some time after, but it keeps being very unstable.

Package lose in games. Constant disconnections from WIFI during online work calls. Connecting router to laptop directly with cable doesn't change anything. I am desperate ... i don't want that type of internet ... 

It is super crucial for me because i work from home! Yesterday i couldn't do even a single video call with colegues because my connection was OK for only 1-2 mins, then disconnects ...

 

I live in Leipzig, Saxony.

    • I have a Vodafone station with a CableMax 1000 connection since mid-February. 
  • Which modem/ router are you using? (e.g. Hitron)

  • Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device?

  • Which error occurs? Disconnections for about 1-5 secondson video calls, youtube, games etc, both in the LAN and in the WLAN
  • How is your device connected to the modem? LAN cable / WiFi a WiFi 5hz

Since afternoon 23.05.2022 I have had constant disconnections with the WLAN and LAN. I checked the logs and, low and behold, there were a few strange entries.

I used to have similar issues right after the router installation on February 2022. Then, for about a month all worked fine. Now it started all again...
