I live in Berlin in Zehlnedorf, We do not have stable internet since 1st Oct and since three days ago we do not have any cabel connection like TV, net,phone at all. I Called people at techincal issue department more than 10 times they told me that we can not solve the issue and we are working on it and we do not know when it gets solved, I told them that I paid around 100 Euro for using data volume of my smart phone they said that is it, you should be happy!! we do not have any other alternatives, when I was super angry, I called the techincal department again and they said okay we can pay a part of money back for your contract since you did not have internet but come on at least I should be able to cancel my contract from today and they said no sorry it is not possible, man you are ruining my carreer I should get another internet connection as soon as possible. Please help if you can!
