No internet since yesterday

We don't have internet since yesterday and what's app is not answering. 

Calling could be a problem due to translations. 

How can it could be fixed?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp 

The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.
