I currently have no internet connection, this happened suddenly at 15.00 today. Have been through the Netz Hilfe chat Bot and completed all of the steps. I have a Vodafone branded router.
i have spoken to customer service and with my poor German was able to establish from their side that the router is connected and there should be no issues. However I can't connect either over LAN cable or WiFi, from my phone or computer. Have also tried someone else's phone and computer with the same result.
The strangest thing, is that I also can't connect to the router using 192.168.0.1 over WiFi or LAN cable as it is refusing to connect. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Apologies for posting in English!

Do a Factory reset. Push with a paperclip/pencel inside a hole in the backside of your VF Station. Sometimes it helps, Otherwise support has to check MAC Address etc.
